Shriin is the big "city" of Karakksei, its central-point for the Elettian anchor. It's infamous for being almost impossible to travel through if you're not Elettian (specifically earth Elettian), which is its strongest defense. Shriin is set up in a circular manner, the outer ring made up almost completely of Elettian military personel (and other necessary occupants). |
