Commander of the Revival
A mysterious woman who shows up in Neitch after the Diety's escape.

She definitely brings a sense of command to all around her, but she still answers to a higher power. The ship placed under her command is the "Revival", but it is not her ship (as she states). She's also the one that sends Enigma after the group.

She seems to know Ryuu somehow.

Notes:
She started as just a "filler" character, but now she has a really cool backstory that we'll find out later. I like her character a lot and think her design fits her well.
I wanted her name to sound strong, but at the same time classy. It's a play on the word "commander" in two different languages.
At the same time I wanted her name to kinda...subconsciously carry a different feeling with it. Pronounce it correctly and you might see what I mean.
