Sylona Pranyer
sil-ah-nah   prahn-yEHr
Deity of Neitch

Sylona is the Deity of Neitch.
This means that she is the embodiment of the Goddess in her current cycle.
But Sylona is slightly different from her lineage and seems to have been born under a bad omen.

A quiet girl (very quiet), she seems mostly confused by anyone and everything outside of the Bethel and Delilah, since Delilah is the only person she's ever really had any contact with in all her 18 years.
She has a graceful and gentle way about her, and seems to have taken a quick liking to her new guardians. Whether or not she really understands her situation is unclear.

Notes:
Gah, this girl gave me some trouble.
She's gone through the most changes out of any character I've ever had. Her role has always basically been the same, but her personality, her design, her relationships, and even her big purpose in the story has been a battle from day 1.

I couldn't figure out what to do with her character for a long time, and I dreaded her becoming the oh-so-hated female character that seems to spring up in stories. The one that's just a little too perfect? Yeah, that one.

She was originally supposed to represent a friend of mine, which was the root of the problems. I was too worried about how she would want me to write/draw her rather than just let the character develope with the story on her own. I finally had to bite the bullet and scrap the character all together only to rebuild from the ground up.
Only about 10 pages away from drawing her first appearance in the comic I finally reached the decision it would be best to redesign her and rename her (never liked either in the first place... always looked so "fluffy" and I could never work with it T.T )

Let's hope I came to the right decision in the end.
