Yokkura, probably Aesta's most well-known, and popular, Elettian, first sparked people's interest near 20 years ago during the "Cleanse of Aesta". Once the war was over, he disappeared for nearly a decade instead of returning home to Shriin, only to suddenly reappear just as mysteriously in EvLaisir. He quickly earned the public's adoration through the many fighting tournaments EvLaisir is famous for. Like most cases of fame, he also carries his share of rumors (many of which have given him a bad reputation). Among them is the "playboy" lable; he's never confirmed nor denied this, but will simply smile. Although some of these rumors are as ridiculous as him being Princess Aiyanna's real father or having led a cult in Missham to their deaths, so it's hard to believe any of them have valid sources. |
